2. Free Application

A-Polo CrediCalc is a completely free application available for download on the Google Play Store. The core features of the App, including all EMI calculators, comparison tools, amortization schedule generators, and interest rate calculators, are provided at no cost to our users.

Since the App is free to download and use, there are no charges associated with accessing or using the primary features of the App. As such, no refunds are applicable for the use of the free version of the App, as no payment is required to access these features.

3. In-App Purchases

As of the date of this policy, A-Polo CrediCalc does not offer any in-app purchases, premium subscriptions, or paid features. All functionality within the App is available free of charge.

Should we introduce any in-app purchases, premium features, or subscription plans in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly to include detailed refund and cancellation terms for those paid services. Users will be notified of any such changes through the App or via our website prior to the introduction of any paid features.

In the event that paid features are introduced in the future, the following general principles will apply:

• All paid features will be clearly identified before purchase.
• Pricing information will be transparently displayed.
• Refund eligibility and terms will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
• Users will have the ability to cancel recurring subscriptions at any time.

4. Refund Process

5. Cancellation Policy

Since the App is free and does not currently require any subscription or recurring payment, there is no cancellation process necessary for using the App. You may uninstall the App from your device at any time without any obligations or penalties.

If subscription-based services are introduced in the future:

• Users will be able to cancel their subscription at any time through their Google Play Store account settings.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Users will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the billing period for which they have already paid.
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle unless required by applicable law.

If you have made any purchases through the Google Play Store related to our App (including accidental purchases), Google Play has its own refund policies that may apply:
